An People’s Democratic Party,PDP, convention held in Ibadan on 15th of November,2025, has been validated by an Oyo State High court sitting in Ibadan.
Justice Ladiran of court 5 delivered the judgement on Friday after dismissing applications for jointer and a stay of proceedings by Nwachukwu and others.
Justice Akintola granted the 13 reliefs sought by the claimant, Folahan Malomo Adelabi, through his counsel, Musbau Adetunmbi, in his ruling.
The judgment consequently affirmed the outcome of the convention, including the emergence of the Dr. Taminu Turaki-led National Working Committee elected at the event.
