A 38year-old Prophet, Iseoluwa Oladoye was on Thursday arraigned before a magistrate court sitting in osogbo over alleged assault.
The suspect was arraigned on four counts of conspiracy, assault and threats to lives.
The Prosecutor, Inspector Lamidi Rasaq said the incident occurred sometimes in March 2025.
He added that the suspect beat and used cutlass to inflict injuries on one Tunde onilewura and onilewura Habeeb, as well as threatened their lives with dangerous weapons.
He added that the offence contradicts and punishable under section 516, 355, 351 and 86 of the criminal code cap 34 vol.11 laws of osun state,Nigeria 2002.
The defendant, however, pleaded not guilty to all the charges against him.
Presiding Chief Magistrate, Dr Olusegun Ayilara, granted Oladoye bail in sum of N500,000 with one surty, he added that the surety must present a valid means of identification.
He later adjourned the case to February 24,2026 for further hearing.
